AWS falls from favor in New Stack Overflow Developer Survey. The new 2019 Stack Overflow Developer Survey saw Amazon Web Services (AWS), a cloud platform that is owned by Amazon, fall from favor. It dropped a notch in the “most liked” platform category, and other categories. AWS ranked No. AWS was ranked 3rd among the most-loved platforms, which is a measure of the percentage of developers who are using a technology and have expressed an interest in continuing to use it.
