This was the question we discussed and co-created solutions for at this month’s Live Mentorship.
Here’s how it worked.
Three challenges related to risk management were pre-selected by the community. Based on our collective experiences, we created step-by-step solutions for these challenges as a group. These plays will be published in The DPM Playbook and all participants will be listed as the authors.
Last but not least, don’t expect that you will be able to speak on the spot during these playbook sessions. In a breakout group, you will collaborate to create a playbook entry on one of the topics. Then, present it to the group for discussion.
